Hi all. I've got a rather frustrating problem here, just got a replacement machine here in Japan and I can't seem to figure out how to make it speak English. My old computer switched over easily enough but I think I must be missing something here.
I tried getting the English (United States) pack, but when I choose "options" and look for the "download" button, there's none to be found. Meanwhile, the only option I can select is "Japanese" on the main menu there.
Is there something I'm missing? Something within the control panel perhaps? I managed to get things running with the earlier unit (should be exactly the same), but this one's got me stumped.
