Sympatico Dsl problem

Hi,

I have Bell Sympatico Dsl and my speeds are usually around 5mpbs. Now I noticed this problem yesterday which was my speed went down to 1.09 mbps.
I have had this problem before but I had to go to three customer support agents and spent around an hour or more on the phone with them. The first one said it was my geological location, the second one said the same thing and the third one said there was a mix up with one of the people who live in the same area as you and we will give you your speed back the way it was.

I don't know if this is any help but I am also using a router. I have two computers one of them is used for wireless and the other one is being used pluged in through the ethernet port. I also did a spyware scans and nothing came up and I also did a virus scan and nothing came up. If you need anymore info just ask.

If thats is the same problem as before, the error would be on the side of the ISP... and they would have to fix it.

Ya you were right, it was a problem on their side... which was a really careless problem but as long as everything is back to normal like now, I don't really care.
