syncing PDF's to iPad - then having them cache on the device

Hello,
I'm trying to find a solution for work.
Every week there is a presentation where persons involved like to view presentations, pdf's via their ipad.

What we currently do is have upload the files to online repository such as dropbox, then have the persons in the meeting login to the drop box app to view them.

The problem here is that they find the download time for each file causes a delay in the meeting. Thing is during the course of this meeting they have to come out of a PDF to view another PDf and then go back to the first pdf so download times even over wireless are frustrating. PDF's are anything up to 30Mb in size.

i'm looking for another solution now. one where the files are automatically downloaded to the device so they don't have to keep downloading a document to view it.

Is anyone aware of such a solution?
at this stage i'd consider anything to make things better/

Thanks.

Hi thanks for the suggestion, the only problem being this means we have to manually perform a sync to each ipad.
This means lot of time and effort spent by IT.
I am looking for a solution where the files can be placed in a central place and automatically synced to an application on the ipad.

is there maybe a way to do this via icloud?
