Sys on but motherboard didnt boot up ...

I had a celeron 2.4 GHZ 24x100Mhz when i changed it to 24x132Mhz .. it had beeping sound then when i restart it again ... everything was on CD drive working light up but monitor can see anything and i did hear the beep boot up sound again ..

your overclock failed to work, revert back to stock settings by resetting bios (see your mobo manual)

but the thing is ... i cant see anything from my monitor .. any idea how can i revert it back ?

Your can reset it by moving a jumper on the board - the manual will tell you which jumper.

i had located tat CMOS jumper .. izzit what u're talking about ? anyhow do i go about doing it ? remover the plug from the jumper and turn it on ?

usually from the default setting u remove it plug it to the next 2 pins on the right for a few secs then place it back to the original place. u might need to unplug the system unit first.
