Hi all

I have a new system i built about 6 weeks ago (setup is in my sig) it has been working perfect , running avg as my antivirus and core temp which is running about 28* idle up to about 54* full load,
But my issue is recently as i start the pc up it loads up to my desktop screen and start loading the programs in the lower right hand corner then it will freeze no error message or anything if i leave it for about 10 mins still nothing the hdd read light just flashes about once every 2 seconds, so i have to reset and start in normal mode then it may do it again or it will start fine.
I started paying attention everytime it does it to what icons dont appear in the bottom corner, first it was core temp so i removed it but then it was steam so i selected it to not run from startup still it didnt work so now i have removed the asus AI suit 2 program that came with my motherboard i presume by the looks of it that it is for overcloaking which i havnt done?
I was just hoping for any advice on things it could be it hasnt crash since i removed AI suite but it has only been afew hours also do i need that AI suite or can i live without it as im not OC?

Look in the event viewer for any errors like programs or services timing out trying to load. It's also possible it was a windows update. Can you do a system restore back to when it was working ok?
