System Instability

So I recently upgraded my CPU, mobo, and RAM and reinstalled Windows. Recently being the weekend of the 1st of the year. Since then I've been having issues with system stability. Not so much in the form of laggy programs and such, but more in the form of my system crashing randomly. I've ran extensive benchmark testing using Prime95 (two different 12 hour sessions running clean), so I don't think it's hardware related and I'm beginning to wonder if something in my Windows install is hosed. However, before I did a clean install, I wanted to see if anyone could lend some ideas. Temps are all within operating specifications so I'm pretty sure it isn't overheating related. Also to note, all the crashes to my knowledge have been with the system sitting idle (i.e. I get home from work and it's sitting at the login screen when no one has manually logged it out). Mobo: M4A89GTD PRO/USB 3
CPU: Phenom II X4 944
RAM: 2x2Gb G.Skill Ripjaws Series PC3-10666
HDD: 500Gb Western Digital Black
500 Gb Western Digital Green
GPU: XFX Radeon HD 5770
PSU: OCZ ModXStream Pro 600w
DVD-RW: LG GH22NS30
 
I think RAM is the 1st guess. But I would ask do you have set to go into standby after some amount of time? I only ask because I have heard of strange standby issues. I say disable and see what happens if it is set.
 
I actually may have found my issue. Seems I haven't had a random restart since reinstalling my GPU drivers last night to a new version. RAM has already been tested, I just forgot to mention that in my first post.

I have Standby disabled.
