System Lockup

Hi,

I am running Window XP and have a problem that I hope someone here can help me with. When I am on any website that has a link to an email address to contact someone, I select the link and my computer locks up. I eventually get an error message that reads: "An attempt was made to reference a token that does not exist".

I hope I have given enough info for someone to help me with this problem.

Open internet explorer, click on tools, then click on internet options, click on the programs tab. What program is listed next to email?

I use Mozilla, but if I load internet explorer, as you mentioned, the option next to email is blank

Thanks for your help! You gave me the idea to check my default email client in Mozilla, it had an incorrect setting! I was able to assign my current email client there. It works great now!!
