my motherboard is intel H67and it's support ddr3 1333Mhz DIMMs 240 Pin ram so i want to upgrade more system memory.i wanna add 8x1 gb ddr3 1333Mhz DIMMs 240 Pin.
i have window 7 professional x64 bit
i7 Processor.
plz help me. Could my motherboard handle 8 gb single module of 1333Mhz ddr3 ?

Intel BOXDH67BLB3 has 4 slots with a system max of 32 gig.
32/4 = 8
So each slot can hold 8 gigs.
You will want 2 or 4 slots populated so you are running dual channel.
Same size memory in all slots.

that's mean i can use 8x1 gb ddr3 1333Mhz DIMM 240 pin NON-ECC Unbuffered memory and can upgrade to 32 gb in four slots right ?

I don't understand what you mean by "8x1 gb".
To me that means (8) 1gig memory sticks.
I recommend using at least 2 sticks so you can run dual channel.
The sticks should be the same with a maximum rating of 8 gigs each.

If you are wanting to have 8 gb of memory then get 2 sticks of 4gb each. You don't have enough slots for 8 sticks of memory.

Your motherboard can handle up to 32gb of memory, you can use one 8gb ddr3 and upgrade it later but it will run in single channel mode. You need identical memory in two or four pair of 4gb or 8gb to run in dual channel mode.
