I' m upgrading the graphics card, keyboard, mouse, and hard drive on my cellie 1ghz. I was wondering if I should install the gfx, kb, and mouse first then ghost the hdd, or ghost the hdd then install the other stuff. If it helps, the current HDD is on its last legs, and the new components are as follows:
Gfx: Radeon 7000
KB/mouse: Logitech S510
And a Zonet usb card.
Thanks in advance.

It won't really matter, seeing it's not really major upgrades. I would just do the harddrive last so you can install all the drivers.

what computer do you want 2 upgrade? how about you do away with the keyboard and mouse, and buy more RAM?

jp: it's my celeron 1000 box, in sig. I already have 256mb which is all I need really, and I need a good wireless kbd/mouse because it'll be in the living room and I want a quiet kbd. (not like my current IBM Model M)

ok, well 384MB RAM would run great, thats what i have in my 1GHZ, way better than 256MB.

i really dont know of any good wireless, quiet kbd's, sorry.

chris instead of upgrading your Trigem Anaheim why dont you use/upgrade your dell dimension its a much more better pc than the one your trying to upgrade/using

I already got all the stuff, by the way.
robina_80: Because the dell dimension is in a different house, and I don't feel inclined to transport it back and forth. Besides, I don't need to upgrade it at the moment; I'm satisfied with its performance.
