System Tray ERROR!!!!!!

wen i start my computer, the system tray doesn't completely load every icon it should have.
every now and then it load 1 more
and sometime none

can ani 1 give me ani advice to fix this.............

ani ideas are welcome Thnkz

do a scan for virus and spyware
goto Start>Run>msconfig>Start up
and uncheck all the unnecessary programs in start up

Are the programs that sometimes appear/disappear random? Or are they usually the same programs time after time? Like for example, it will always be your antivirus program, etc.
