System32 missing?

I got rid of all the files you told me to using hijack and I searched for both exe files and found nothing.

But before I post my next hijack log I got a question. My Norton System Works expired on April 24 (my birthday oddly enough) so I feel it might no be up to date, should I stick with it or just stay with the avg?

Norton won't be getting updates, so you may as well stick with AVG and uninstall Norton. Use the removal tool.

Actually, Avast offers more complete protection. If he's having problems like these, he might be better off with it. I'm finding that AVG lets the problem onto the computer, then deals with it. Avast doesn't seem to let the problem onto the computer to begin with. That's my observations here at least.
 
Sorry guys I seem to be wasting your time, I am thinking that it may just be wise to copy my document folder and some game folders onto a disk and just transfer them after I reformat my hard drive. Sorry for any waste of time this may have caused people.
