SystemGuards has blocked a one time change

Hello,
I am new here today and would like to ask a question.
I have McAfee Internet Security. I was asked if i would like to allow or block a recent event. I pressed block when i should have allowed. Can i unblock it in anyway? I have been trying all sorts of things for about an hour now but i can't seem to unblock it.
Its saying SystemsGuards has blocked a one time change to your computer.
Will this repeat and prompt me again in the near future or is it blocked for good?
It is regarding my preset urls and Internet Explorer protection over shareware.

Mcafee like any other anti virus / firewall programs comes with somthing called "Options" or even better yet "Preferences". There you can block, unblock whatever you want.

Thankyou for your reply. When i go into SystemsGuard Advanced it doesn't give anything about unblocking. I have tried looking into everything i can click on to no avail.
There is no preferences or options tab....
Can anyone help please?
