sysytem cooling

I would agree with bomberboysk. You don't really need a fancy slot cooler. Although they help with cooling, they don't help a whole lot. The way I see it, the best cooling is obviously contact cooling, like a copper heat sink or water block. Next is the fan thats on your video card (older ones) that blow cooler air onto the card to cool the chip. Slot fans are just exhaust and they just remove hot air, which is still very important but nothing too complicated. As long as it blows air out the back it should be fine. I have the Antec Cyclone for my video card and it's just reassuring feeling all the warm air blow out the back haha.

Maybe just upgrade your case fans....I upgraded from 55 CFM intake and exhaust to 133 CFM fans and it dropped all temps(CPU, Motherboard, GPU) about 12c :) It did get a little louder...but it is worth it. Tie pieces of string inside your case about 6 or so and you can see how the air moves around inside. I did that and I was shocked, almost nothing :( Added the new fans and now it like a hair dryer blowing out the back. Keeps everything nice and cool!
