Taking a long time to load

I start up my newly build comp and it won't get passed "Verifying DMI Pool Data".

It got passed it earlier but I rebooted b/c my keyboard wasn't working so I replaced it. It only took 30 seconds last time, to get to Windows XP Pro installation screen. As I'm writing this its been 15 minutes.

Can anyone help me?

Ok, problem fixed (I hope xD). I went to BIOS, (and for some reason) the "Primary Boot" was set on hard drive. Could it be b/c I rebooted? Ah well, who knows? I searched the problem and found someone else had same problem. So thats where I got the hint to check the BIOS.
