Taking my overclock to the next level

Hey guys

Well for a while i was skeptical about overclocking and when i finally did it, i was hooked

Now i Have a Intel Core 2 Duo E6400 2.13Ghz that i have OCed to 2.536Ghz

The stats are
CPU clock - 317mhz
FSB - 1269
Multiplier - x8 (x6 with speedstep)
Core voltage 1.312 - when running at 2.5Ghz
1.168 - When running at 2Ghz (speedstep or idle)

now i wanna change my overclock, and i wanna get it to at least 2.8 Ghz, but how do i go about changing my voltage.

To what figure must i change it? See as there are two voltage figures, i ont know what to do?

ANy help?

Also My temps are at about 25 Idle (we have the heater on so its at 30)

My max temp is 45*, after playing CoD4 for like an hour, is this ok?

Turn off all the spread spectrums to begin with. Then your going to want to disable speedstep and C1E Enhanced Halt state.Next unlink your memory and set it to its default speed. Start ocing by turning your fsb up so that your processor is overclocked by~50mhz each time. Every 50mhz run prime95 blend test for at least an hour, if it fails give it a step on voltage until its stable. Then keep going until you hit your goal.
