Task Bar

When my computer boots, the task bar at the bottom does not come up (it is not hidden, it just does not load). How can I get it to come back?
 
Have you tried googling for some answers? Or searching the boards???

I have saw this problem once before but I got lazy trying to fix it and just reformatted :P

Trying searching around, I am sure this has already been solved.

Also, try pressing the windows key, does your start menu come up?

Also, if possible run an anti-spyware and antivirus utility.
 
oh my god that happened to be while I was trying to make a really cool looking skin for windows and the computer is dead now i reinstalled windows but idk my comp is bad so idk id restore it.
 
yeah, there's another person saying reformat... your best option honestly. I hope you kept your restore CDs. or you could always go to the restore point when your computer was made :)
