Task Mger problem

I know you can press ctrl+alt+del to access the task mgr bar.but when I do that, all I get is a window with all stuff i am processing right now, it used to be a window that allow me to restart, end task, etc....but now the only option i have is to "end process" which will cause system instability according to the warning. So, how do i get back my old task mgr window?

thats because you have the welcome screen on and fast user switching enabled. Go to Control Panel -> User Accounts -> Change the way users log on and off -> and unselect the two options. Now when you press ctrl+alt+dlt, you will get a menu asking you what you want to do.

I went to"user accounts" and I dont see an option for "change the way user log on and off"......srry i suck at this..

press those 3 buttons and is on the shutdown tab.
