ok,my isp is bt broadband with a voyager 220v router,i have the dell dimension3000 desktop as standard,after finding out there was no internet i checked all the lights on the router there were all fine including the dsl light,next day still the same but the all the lights except power were off and the telephone still worked which is also connected to through the router,i phoned bt explianing they took me through a process which then i got 2 a kinda test(cant remember what it was testing)anyway it faild the test so they told me to phone dell because it was an tcp/ip problem,so i called them,they said it was going to cost me £35 for them to tell me what to do,just thought id find out myself instead.now all the lights on the router are back on but still no internet,when i try conect it says contect network provider,im stuck coz id done that.ive also used the connection wizard again aswell but nothing,any ideas??any more details needed let me know thanx alo
