Team Fortress 2 Dedicated Server

Till around 8pm tonight, I am trying my TF2 Dedicated Server out! Can some people try and get onto it at 88.108.90.132 and see if it works? Cheers for the help!
Edit: I can only seem to get it on LAN at the moment :/

1. Is it locally hosted or dedicated?

2. Have you set up the port number as well? You will need an ip and a port, the same with any dedi server.

3. Post up your server configs? It has been a while since I had a TF2 server, but if I remember correctly you should have two files for the server settings - one for the map rotation, one for the settings themselves. I will take a quick look over them, though as I say, it has been a looooooong time since I was hosting TF2
 
I have no idea how to do this. sv_lan is set to 0, and I have fowarded ports 27005-27015 on my router. I can access it through lan but not via the external IP
