I have a problem with some of the new tech in video cards especially for some of the new games. My son has a game that he wants to play and It has a dioganistic feature that checks for compatibality all systems pass except for one T&L transform and lighting can some one help me with this what is it and what do I do about it is it something that can be enabled or is it extra equipment.
 
if you have windows (most likely) press start -> run type in dxdiag and hit enter...
wait for it to collect info on your system and than select display (at the top you will see system, dircetx files, display, etc) under device you will see info on the video card you are using, like name, manufacturer, chip type, dac type, etc...

It says legacy I hope I did it right.
I have a new card that I put in put I had to take it back out it is a pny when I used it I had a greenish color on my monitor It has vga and s video out on it. My oldest son gave it to me but he did not have a set up disk for it.
