The Shut Downs of Doom!!!! My brother made my computer because well, i dont no computers, and it has been acting up... My comp has 1.8 Ghz Amd Athlon 32Mb Processor, 512 DDR ram, and ATI Radeon 9000, 128 Mbs Video card. So its a decent computer, and i have never lagged. But the problem is when i go to RuneScape or play certain Music Songs, my computer completely shuts down. Monitor goes black, Computer lights shut off and fans stop so i know it is really shut down and have to restart my computer. It is annoying because it happens every like 5 minutes. It may take 30 or so seconds to start up but is still annoying as hell. If you have any knowledge of what the problem is or how to fix it please tell me. Any questions, ill answer happily.

I used SpeedFan, temps high but the thing is i dont crash on a higher fps required game.... why would that be?
 
Try reloading the drivers. Just a guess but it could be some conflict or something. Also, if possible, try another power supply.
 
Buying a cheap PSU isn't usually a good choice. Try to improve airflow in the case, maybe try to get the hot air to go out of the case somewhere else, besides the PSU.
 
I uhh bought 2 fans for my room and the degrees has got 10 off. I still need something though.... I have no extra fan places, could i add a new one?
