Temp Internet files won't delete!!!!!!!

I've just been watching some music videos (ones which I've downloaded). I went to do a disc clean up and found that images from these vids (+ images from this site) are stored in there. I ran CCleaner and then went to have a look and they were still there.

I tried to delete manually but got a message saying `you cannot delete this file, it is being used by another person/program.`

I'm not bothered about it, but just thought it was a little weird. It's never happened before, do you think rebooting would help.

REboot in safe mode then delete. That should work.

Or close the IE window which is still open. (if it is open)

Or if windows media player was what you used to watch them and its still running that would mean the files are still in use.

I rebooted and then tried again and it worked.
