Hi guys
Ok im running an e6600 intel with a zelman 9700 cooler. I have a Gigabyte GA-965G-DS3 motherboard with the cpu fan running at max at all times. I also have 4 gig of 800mhz ocz gold ram.
My temps with everest ultimate under full cpu stress test is 41 and 42C and my motherboard is 28C. My question is Im am looking to OC in a month or two. Are these good temps to start from or should i look at getting them down more before i try to oc. I would like to maybe get my cpu to 3.5ish if possible.
Also Is there a way to cool the MB down? i am reading something about a northbridge chip cooler. is that for the MB?? and will my large zelman 9700 let me run a northbridge cooler?
sorry for the long rant..lol
thanks for the help
