Hi guys am in the process of fitting a lcd temp display in my comp but am not to sur as to where i put the temp sensor can anyone help???

For CPU temp you usually place it under the heatsink between the heatsink and CPU is I'm not mistaken.

when i bought it the thing said it was a fan contoller and lcd temp display so not sure if that is the precessor or the inside of the case in general

If it is a fan control unit. I would place the sensor at the fan inside the case. Example: Exhaust fan at back being controlled by this unit, place sensor at the fan inside of the case to measure the temp of air coming out of case.

Just me, but that's what i would do. Use it to control case fans, measuring intake and exhaust fans. CPU and GPU temps are already controlled, as well as fan speeds.

Not sure wot make it is a seen it on ebay and bought it for 6 quid so thought a would try it seen as it was cheap i have it installed now and have put the temp right next to the fan and it seems to be working well thanks very much for the help
