Temp???

Hello

I was just wondering if my temp is getting to high when gaming it gets to the 40 to 45 mark and i think the max for my cpu is 60 I just recently did this new build and put in old case it has small fan on side panel and in back.

Was also looking at a HD 6990 maybe if i can get cheapish will this increase temp
 
No, your psu won't allow you to. The power consumption from the hd6990 is around 460, the consumption from your cpu is 240 in load.
Your temps are ok, just go for an hd7950, would be the same price range.
It's also newer, you'll be able to use it for many years.
If you got that card, don't oc anything because you'll only have a bit headroom.
