Temparature

Hello

i have been experiencing a overheating problem with the PC, and i wonder, is their a softwear i could downlaod form the internet, (for free) that would tell me what temparature the CPU is? and the PC inside.....

but i red something about locating the fans, is it complicated? will i have lots of trouble? ( i am jsut a bit scared!) :eek: Well, i will see when i will downlaod it tonight ;)

what? what do you mean by locating the fans? Is this from the speedfan website Yasu posted?
 
Well i will see tonight, i will downlaod it, we got out PC back. Just nvm my last question. I will post to say how it worked!

Well it depends on what processor you have. General good temps for a CPU is around 30-40*C, however most procs can endure temps up to around 80* C
 
i ogt an intel pentium 4.
The temparture right nos is at 45, while watching aDVD it was at 53, ...is that too hot?

THat is not too hot. Intel P4 is a wide range of processors, do you know which model? Your temps are about normal for stock cooling.
