Temperature monitoring program?

More or less, I need a program that can monitor my temps (cpu, case, hard drive, gpu). As some of you may know, I used to use motherboard monitor 5. Well MBM went out of buisness (or something) so I switched to speedfan. The problem is that speedfan creates tons of lag in games/listening to music/watching a movie. I thought I could handle it, but its starting to get real anoing. I need another temp program that gives accurate temps, free, easy to use, most of all-doesnt create lag. (It would also be nice if it worked with LCD smartie too.)

Why did you switch just because it went out of business? You could try Everest or ATI Tool/nVidia Control Panel.
