Hello I just built my first pc, So as you know Im knew to this.
I was wondering on what my temps should be for my cpu, gpu and etc.
What temperature should they be just surfing the web and when playing games like bf3 beta.

My build:
Fractal design r3
ASRock Z68 PROFESSIONAL GEN3
i7 2600k
COOLER MASTER Hyper 212 Plus
EVGA GTX 580
128 GB SSD
1tb HDD
CORSAIR Professional Series HX850 (CMPSU-850HX) 850W

I am using to fans on the case atm, yeah i know. One front and one back.
I plan on adding a few more.

Are their any gadgets that i can use for temps and fan controlling?

Thanks!

CPU-z and GPU-z are good programs. You generally want around 20-40c for both your CPU and GPU while surfing on the internet, and around 40-60c for playing intense games. Does your case have cable management? The 212+ is a great cooler so you should be seeing some good temps.

I'll try them out thanks, the case does have good cable management so nothing to worry from that. No cables all over the place.
Atm Im getting 31c from my cpu, and 43c from my gpu. But Im gussing if I put in a few more fans they will lower.
I read that I should not worry of my gpu getting up to 90c? I will be maxing out games.

And thanks for the fast reply

Yeah, those temps are fine. Your fan setup is probably fine, its more of the outside temp of your room/office/what-have-you. I would not worry about the temps, you're fine. Just be sure to dust every month or so.
