S Splinter Member Apr 13, 2006 #1 my cpu it overclocked to 2.2Ghz atm, it was at 2.4GHz but it got up to 55 degrees under load. it gets to max 51 degress at 2.2GHz. Whats the maz temp that it can go to? When should i be getting worried?

liquidshadow New Member Apr 13, 2006 #2 Anything in the 50s is bad for AMD processors. Not that they can't handle it, but it'll dramatically reduce their life.
