Teredo Tunneling Adapter

I was looking on Device Manager and noticed the yellow caution sign next to Microsoft Teredo Tunneling Adapter. I tried following the links within my Win 7 troubleshooting but nothing worked. Looking on line and I'm seeing things like going into the registry and making changes. There must be a simpler fix.

The only change I've done recently is rebooting my router. But then I'm not sure how long this issue has existed.
 
Did you try uninstalling the device and then searching for new hardware to see if it re-appears?
 
Not sure what device to uninstall. Nothing new has been installed. I guess another question would be is whether or not this is something to worry about. There doesn't appear to be any issues with the performance, but I thought it was weird that this error appeared.
 
You said it appears in device manager with an exclamation. Uninstall that device (the tunnel adapter in device manager) then search for new hardware.
