Testing a large lot of routers and Wifi Dongles

Hi,
We are looking for the quickest and most efficient way to test a very large lot of returned routers. We do not have the time to plug each router into a computer and do the testing that way. So we are looking for some other alternatives?

Additionally is there any quicker way for the Dongles besides plugging them into a computer?

And finally, is just power on testing for the routers effective in any way?

Please let me know.

Thank You

To know if anything works fully, it must be configured and used. Power on testing does nothing but check if it powers up or not.

Nothing. As Voyagerfan has said, you must connect and configure routers to make sure the internet works. There is no easy way out.

Yeah you can ping a router which accessing its configuration page is the same. But its not gonna tell you if the internet works or drops out. Its gotta get hooked up to be tested.

A device to accomplish what? To test a router, you have to hook it up to an active internet connection (modem)
