Text glitch on Windows 10

I have a strange glitch for a good while now where some small portions of text are either replaced fully or partially from a word on articles, comments, emails ect. to something strange. Like this sample which can bee see in the picture: "'"

Its become pretty rare recently, but still happens occasionally. Even after full restores and virus scans.

Sometimes it would happen like this: I type a comment on youtube and once I click "post" it replaces part of my text with similar things like "'"

Here is an example: What a great video, I liked and Favorited. Keep up the good work! subscribed.

After posting: What a great video, I liked and Favorited. Keep up the good work! sub'ed.

What on earth causes this? Try to keep an open mind and rule out any basic suggestions and assumptions.

Have you tried using a different keyboard? Tried using a different web browser?
Yes, both actually. It happened on various browsers. It honestly one of the strangest glitches Ive ever had... no sign of it from anyone els.

I had more examples but I thin they got deleted. Of course Ill post if It happens again.

It is a known issue with you tube. Change your font settings in Youtube to something else.
It is not solely on youtube. And Ive been through restarts, reinstalling the entire windows, anti virus, anti-adware, and 3 browsers. Where is it known? can you send me the link to any thread of that?

I actually had that problem on youtube a while ago. I don't remember if I changed something or not but it is a known problem.

&blah; is an escape tag for HTML that makes most websites up.

Like, < is the < and > is >

™ is tm and © is (c)

*hopes xenforo doesn't parse those tags as html as that will screw my post up*

It is either crap markup on websites, an outofdate browser, a setting you have changed or if you have your connection going via a content filter or proxy, that could be altering stuff.

Not sure what you're talking about there. That is not the same problem I had.

Basically, it is normal. If you are getting it on youtube, it is just youtube, and if you ever see it elsewhere, that is my explaination.

It escapes tags so that you cant inject scripts and stuff into comments that then are executed by everyone's browser on loading the page.
