Text To Speech

I am looking for a software which helps create a new voice for Microsoft TTS, or some information how to create such voice or new language.
or any information about voice structure.
 
Opera browser has text-to-speach, also voice recognition, but if your looking for state-of-the-art get Mac OS X 10.4 Tiger...
 
Its alot more difficult trying to use text-to-speech software then you might think. You have to "train" it to understand your voice and how you talk, you have to read tons of stuff in order for it to work right, and even then there are lots of gramatical mistakes.

But if you want to try it MS Word has a text-to-speech app built in.

1.the one that comes with Office 2k3 works fine for me, barly make's any errors, with my new mic at least.

2.Thats not what hes asking :P

i have heard, that it's not ease to create a new voice.
i want to create a new language.
so if you know any way how to create a new voice/lenguage (tts engine), please let me know.
