It looks pretty basic. But then again, it sounds like thats what you may be looking for. A full CMS isnt too hard to use though.
What kind of webhost do you have?

IMO its all a matter of oppinion so try a bunch and see what you like..

Some of my clients have cpanel, others use site builders - I'm not enjoying each site builder's quirks - others I just ftp

I'll look at opensourcecms
