TF2 + Melee only Sudden Death

I've never tried it. If it's just on a certain map or something, Yeah!, but it's on forever I'd think it get boring fast.

One of the servers I play on has melee only for sudden death. You stay the toon you were, but you can only use melee. Spies can cloak but not disguise (per their rules I believe), and Engi's can lay down dispensers but not sentries. Makes for a more interesting sudden death I think. I enjoy it anywho.

Haev you played with that mod before? The one I use never goes to the spy class.

The one I played you are whatever class you ended the match as. I don't find one class particularly overpowered on it. Ya scouts are fast and spies can backstab but they also have low health. One good hit and they are out. Also spies take about 3 seconds to fully decloak before they can attack. Just keep a lookout on your surroundings and you are fine, least in melee .

Melee sudden death mode changes everyone to the same class at the end of the round, regardless of what you were prior. So theres no unfairness since everyone is the same class with the same abilities.

Well I have the sudden death working now, did you know that sudden death is turned off by default by Valve?

Nah, CF is welcome to use it anytime if they want to... But, I am starting my own gaming organization so having a CF name would conflict with that...
