It's just another character you shouldn't need to worry about it as it's hardly ever used. Hence the reason there is no Alt+Keypad combo

All depends on how your computer registers the character you will all see different things

Nothing browsers and OS's show the character differently I dont think theres anything you can do about it plus I dont think you really need too
