the best time to buy?

im in need of a new computer and was wondering when the best time is to get a good deal, should i get one on cyber monday or will there be better deals leading up to xmas.

im looking at doing a custom build, i came across a site called cyberpowerpc.com that seems to have a lot of good options. if anyone has any other suggestions of good places to shop at that would be appreciated.
