The best video card???

What is the best video card I can get for around 100-150? I wound be using it for mid range gaming and surfing the Internet.

yea the 7600gt or the x1600xt are both good cards.
the 7600gs and the x1600pro are worse cards of the sort.
the x1600's have the advantage of avivo video converter. but the 7600gt performs better (by however little) i think.

The computer in Number_of_the_Beast's signature uses socket A, so we could be looking at an AGP card. Possibly even a 4x.

The 7600GS isn't a bad card for $100=$125. I think it's a great card for the price. The only downside is that the 7600GT isn't much more than it.

I completely agree, the 7600GS is a really good budget card.

And now you can get the x1600PRO for only $65 on newegg.

I know that 7600GT costs 2x as much as X1600PRO but its perfomance is 3x better
