The Best Video Card ???

I want to know whats the FASTEST videocard out there by nvidia also with the most memory ??
 
At the moment it would be the 1GB 8800GTX. But ATi is about to roll out their X2k range soon and they are expected to beat the 8800GTX.
 
some guy posted a thread for the x2k range of ATI cards about there benchmarks a saposabily there not a as good as the 8800gtx range .. eve the x2900xtx 1gigram one .. but who knows till they come out .. on saturday.. .
 
are u sure the Quadro FX 5600 is the best on the market, bc they jsut came out with the 8800GTX and iono, my friend is going to buy 2 of these video cards and use the cross fire system i wanna make sure.....
 
The 8800GTXs are the best gaming cards currently available. If you are using two of these cards, you will be using SLI, not Crossfire. Crossfire is ATIs version. Make sure that the motherboard you get is compatible with SLI rather than Crossfire.
 
oo so thats what the hell SLI is hahah im sorry im new to crossfire and SLI but thanks, so the best would be the 8800GTX ?
 
yer for sure, if you were to run 2 of these beasts then plan on buyin a 1000w+ PSU and you would expect some insane 3d Mark scores too lol.

by august i will have 2 8800gtx's in SLI. or i might buy the new ATI card instead.

damn i wish i was u or my friend, but im fine with my machine, but does it really require a 1k PSU ?
