The file is unreadable

Hello everyone.
Please help me to solve my problem with Microsoft Excel 2010. When I opening my xlsx document I recieve the following error: "The file is unreadable". I'm hoping someone here has experience in this and knows how to repair xlsx file.
Any help would be appreciated

Yes. Only one file show me an error

It's likely corrupt or damaged as the issue is only present with that one file.

Try an online converter from one excel format to another, it fixed a corrupted spreadsheet i had for my Government class

and if that doesnt work, if you PM me the file i can see what i can do, i have the newest version of Excel that might be able to fix it, which is something else ive tried in the past that worked
