and i am going to use windows vista 32 bit

Just as a note with the 32 bit version of Vista you can only utilize around 3GB of RAM. Is there a reason you aren't going with the 64 bit version of Vista?

dvd drive: that one is quite noisy i'd suggest taking a nec or samsung. Stay away from asus when it comes to dvd drives.

^I have that dvd drive as my secondary, its somewhat noisy, about as loud as my laptops disk drive. But i also have an asus DRW-2014 as my main drive, and its as silent as can be and i would recommend going with it vs the drive you have there.
