the old 9800pro vs 6600gt

so i just remember awhile ago this highschool kid from some forums that owns a 9800 pro saying that it is better than the 6600gt, i told him the 6600gt is better, then later he got all worked up and the topic got real long and he starting harassing and following me all over the place whereever i post , really funny :D anyways i found something today.

I know this doesnt have a whole lot to do with the thread, but GamerGuy, tell me a card from nVidia that has the same or better performance than a 9600XT does for the same price... doubt you'll find one. (by the way, the 9600xt 256mb costs around $85)
 
i was asking that mainly because GamerGuy seems to be a fanboy, so i just wanted him to name a card that would beat the 9600XT for the same price. And i highly doubt you'll find one.

But ya, the 6600gt is better than the 9800pro

If the card is better than a 9800Pro (and it should be really compared with the 9800XT) then it'll be better than the 9600XT....

id go with the 6600gt cuz mein is great and love it but the 9600xt is still a great card
