The Parameter is Incorrecte

Good afternoon. Each time I try to run any program on my computer I receive the error message that "The Parameter is Incorrect." Doesn't matter whether it is right after startup or what program it is. I can't open anything. Any and all help is appreciated.

I would imagine your hard drive is going out on you. Have you tried doing a checkdisk on it? Open a command prompt and type chkdsk C: /f /r and hit enter
