The Picture/Video on my Laptop is Pixely >< Help!

Ok, I own a Dell Inspiron E1505 laptop. I am a huge tv show/anime/movie buff so I watch all kinds of tv shows/anime/movies on this laptop. I use VLC Media Player and the picture has always been crystal clear and to my liking. As of last week the hard drive to my laptop crashed, forcing me to buy a new one. I bought the same exact model hard drive which was a Western Digital scorpio and just installed it.

Once installed of course the first thing i did was watch the SAME episodes/movies as I did on my laptop before the hard drive crashed only to notice that the picture is SLIGHTLY more choppy and SLIGHTLY more pixely/blocky, ONLY SLIGHTLY THO and this is ONLY IN FULL SCREEN. When I watch it at a certain size in windowed mode it's perfect but once I go to full screen that's when the problem shows itself. It is not a huge difference but it is enough for me to notice and to bother me while im watching videos on my computer. I just want to have the same crystal clear picture I used to have :smileysad:

Can anyone think of a solution to this problem? Could it be possible driver/video card problems or something else?

Please drop ur suggestions they will be MUCH APPRECIATED!!!

Your emphasis on slightly almost makes me think that it has always been there and that your are just noticing it now because you are looking for problems. It may have always been there. Maybe, your videos will play better in another player though?
If I'm wrong (and this would be far from the first time!), then good luck in solving your issue. I'll let you know if I find anything else.
