OK, so I had Microsoft Virtual PC. I uninstalled that, then went to My Documents and deleted the 'My Virtual Machines' folder (which contained an 8GB virtual HD and the virtual OS). I then went to empty the recycle bin and everything can get emptied EXCEPT this folder.
It says 'Cannot Delete Dc60: Access is denied. Make sure the disk is not full or write-protected and that the file is not currently in use.'
I opened the Recycle Bin and nothing is in there, but when I try to empty, it asks me if I want to delete 'My Virtual Machines'. I don't have the 8GB back either, so it is still there.
