a few of you may have noticed that as i do is complain about the wurring in my computer, at first i thought it was my fan then my hdd and even a monster but ive had a break through.

i decided to rest my feet upon my machine and as i did, i put them down a little to hard right on the top and centre of my tower and then it started!!! (the wurring that is) i decided to hit it again but nothing really happened.

so its got me thinking. has anyone every done this to their computer and it wurred back at them?

its usually on start up and i dont know what is slap, bang centre in my machine? what could it be? does anyone have any ideas?

thanks for putting up with it :D

sounds like something isnt seated right, maybe something fixed to the case is a little loose, by putting pressure on a part of the case you could be flexing the metal of the case somewhat and temporarily tightening that loose part. Try ensuring everything is seated tightly and screws are in enough

nice one! so could this be a reason as to why it sometimes gets really hot and the temps go up?

Have you actually opened up the case as all? Check everything is screwed in properly, all fans don't have any cables near the "wings" of the fan.

Monitor the temperatures of the GPU. If they are quite high, you will want to buy an after-market cooler for your card. Simplest solution, without spending too much money. Or you could use it as an excuse to buy a new one :D

Thanks

Sounds like viberations from the powersupply or something, something proabally just needs to be slighly aujusted in the case.
