Good call, but I might actually have to agree with COD5.... I have played some other WW2 games but I can't remember the name.

In my opinion the best WW2 shooter is Call Of Duty: United Offensive...this is the one I have played / enjoyed the most.
2nd on my list would be CoD:WaW

The CoD games are a bit too,.. well, run from a to b and shoot things.
Good games, but when it comes to those, I think Medal of Honor Pacific Assault was the best of those.
best ww2 game so far (imo) is BF 1942. (with the expansion packs.)
I played that game for a whole weekend without sleeping when it was released. (hey, I didnt have a fast computer of my own at that time, and my parents were gone for that weekend.
)
Best ww2 game in total. close call between Silent Hunter 3 and IL2: Forgotten battles there. ^.^
