maybe you are confusing thermal epoxy and thermal paste. it doesn't get glued on... sure the paste bonds after a while, but its supposed to do that, you get it off usually with rubbing alcohol, i think some companies actually make a product for cleaning it off, but essentially thats all it is.if you use thermal paste on your processor that could be a problem when you change your HSF thats why its better to use thermal grease, thermal paste are used on GPU's
how do you remove the thermal paste if its glued into the HSF?
