How much thermal paste do i need to put on the face of the processor and do i put a bit on the heatsink aswell? Is it important that i put the right amount on?.
yes. the right ammount is important
if you put on to much, the heat will not get to the heatsink anymore, so the processor will heat up. so only a real thin layer of past on the CPU.
( and when i say thin, i mean thin )
