thermal specification

hey,

I am upgrading my laptop, and at the moment my processor has a 100°C (i think) thermal specification (1.4 ghz celeron m). What is thermal specification? By guessing what it means, does this mean if i wanted to install a new processor with a 100°C thermal specification (2.2 ghz celeron m), it will be fine in my laptop? would the cooling be up to the job?

The Celeron 2.2 would be a downgrade on your system, as you have a Celeron M 1.4

i have confused myself, is a "mobile celeron", the same as a "celeron m"?
